  • Defined strategic vision statement for one of the largest retailers of the BeNeLux gaining board approvals.
  • Set up the Governance to implement a company-wide loyalty rewards program.
  • Drafted a new Data Governance & Management board policy for all entities of a pan-European National Competent Authority, including its implementation and maintenance.
